Tried another Rachael Ray recipe tonight, and it was surprising because I somehow missed this one in all the times I flipped through the book. Dave and I enjoy horseradish so I wonder how I didn't notice this one before. And most importantly it had a pretty short ingredient list (compared to the others in this book) so I was willing to give it a try.
I had big hopes because the sauce sounded so yummy, with onions, horseradish, chicken broth, half and half, and mustard..... but it didn't really set up right (or at least like I thought it would).
It was still good though...... I really enjoyed the couscous and would like to explore different recipes using it. But I don't think I'd make this again. It had a decent flavor and all, but wasn't like amazing or anything. And not much to look at either! As you can see here....

I find that a lot with her recipes. I made one of her Mac and Cheese dishes and it tasted like onion cheese and it was really watery... Not appetizing at all. Then I have had really good ones for her. And they should be 60 minute meals and not 30.
