It's been years since Dave and I went to Margaritas, probably before Drew was even born. But I've had this idea in my head for months now, ever since the summer, about going to Margarita's and getting a seat right in the front window on Elm St. In the summer that's a great place to be, when you can watch the sun go down and have all that beautiful natural light shining on the tile tables. I have many photos from past meals at Margarita's, back when I used to scrapbook and my favorite topic to scrap was (of course) food and all the restaurants we went to back then. Ah, the good old days. In this case, in the middle of winter, it was already dark when we took our seats at 5:00 and the lighting was pretty much ass, but I got a few detail shots.
It was a great night to be out-the night before New Year's Eve-, and we really enjoyed our time away even though the food isn't really that good (that much has not changed there). I had 2 margaritas, the first was flavored, and the second was a regular flavor with Hornitos 100% blue agave tequila.
